1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of ph567's platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with ph567's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.4 Accurate Information

Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph567 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph567 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your ph567 account, and you may not use any other person's account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ph567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where ph567 reasonably believes that the Player has engaged in prohibited activities, violated these Terms & Conditions, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of this Agreement by the Player, ph567 reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and associated winnings, and to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will generally be returned to the Player after the completion of any investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph567's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of ph567's services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
